Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why WinnerFX is on the register
WinnerFX is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. WinnerFX claims it was established in 2006. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2013. So how could it start its business in 2006? It is a red flag here. Besides, WinnerFX claims it is a regulated forex broker that applies strict segregation rules to client funds as required by its regulatory bodies while not mentioning which country or authority it has regulations in. WinnerFX only shows its company address in Seychelles. However, we did not find any match results to WinnerFX in the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). That means WinnerFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
