Why AVFX Capital is on the register
AVFX Capital is registered in both St. Vincent and Georgia. While this registration remains valid, neither the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) nor the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) has the authority to regulate forex trading, and does not constitute a valid forex license. Furthermore, AVFX Capital does not appear to be authorized by any reputable financial regulator, raising serious concerns about potential fraud.
