About the listings
Listings reflect reported concerns and publicly available findings. They are not legal judgments. A broker appearing on the register is not a court finding, and a broker not appearing is not a guarantee that it is safe — our register is large but never exhaustive, and new scams appear constantly.
No guarantee of recovery
No honest service can guarantee that lost money will be recovered. Be especially cautious of anyone who contacts you promising recovery for an up-front fee — that is a common second scam. SentFunds never charges any fee.
Do your own due diligence
Always verify a broker’s regulation directly on the regulator’s official website before investing. Use the register as one input, not the only one.
