Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Global Futures Services is on the register
Global Futures Services claims to be operated by Global Futures Services Pty Ltd (Australia) and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, our verification on ASIC’s official register shows that the company’s regulatory status is listed as “ceased,” meaning its license is no longer valid. This indicates that Global Futures Services is currently not under any legitimate regulatory oversight. Such misrepresentation of regulatory status is a common red flag associated with fraudulent brokers. Given these findings, Global Futures Services appears to be an unregulated and potentially deceptive trading platform.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
- Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
