Why XMR Markets is on the register
XMR Markets, at xmrmarkets.com, also trading as XMRmarket, calls itself a licensed and supervised broker built by traders for traders, and promotes an academy and webinars. Its homepage does not say which regulator licenses it or give any licence number. Chile’s financial regulator, the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, warned on 1 September 2025 that XMRmarket was offering financial services without authorisation, and the site is still online more than a year later. Therefore, XMR Markets is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
