Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why MudraPrimeFX is on the register
MudraPrimeFX ‘s website provides no clear statements regarding regulatory oversight, listing only a registered address in Saint Lucia and a physical entity address in Georgia. We located the registration details for the company Mudra Prime Fx Ltd in the system of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). However, this registration does not imply authorization for foreign exchange activities, as the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex operations. Furthermore, our search of the regulatory authority in Georgia, the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), revealed no record of this entity being licensed or authorized. Therefore, MudraPrimeFX is effectively unregulated by any recognized financial authority, and very likely to be a scam.
