XORKETS FX claims to be the trading name of Xorkets FX Ltd, which is regulated by the Money Services Business (MSB) under license number 31000307035297. While a registration record for this MSB number can indeed be found in the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) database, it is crucial to understand that FinCEN does not regulate forex trading activities. Our investigation also confirms that XORKETS FX is not registered or authorized by the NFA or any other reputable financial regulatory agency. Therefore, XORKETS FX operates without proper authorization from any credible forex regulator. XORKETS FX appears to be a scam.
