Why WealthFX is on the register
WealthFX claims to be owned and operated by Wealth Fx Liquidity Limited, is a broker regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, the U.S. National Futures Association (NFA) with the license number 0563334 and Comoros, offering a range of investment products to traders, including Forex, Indices, Stocks and more instruments in global markets. Upon investigation, WealthFX is not authorised and regulated by the FSC, NFA and the MWALI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (MISA) of Comoros. The truth is that WealthFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors’money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. WealthFX is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
