Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Walfiner is on the register
Walfiner claims to be registered in St. Lucia, an offshore center known for its lax regulation. In addition, forex trading activities are not licensed there. In addition to the alleged registration in St. Lucia, Walfiner doesn’t provide any other valid licensing information for verification. While it purports to be located in Dubai, there are no indications that it is registered with any relevant financial regulator. This means it is not authorized to provide financial services or products there. In essence, Walfiner is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Walfiner appears to be a scam.
