Why Vast Scenery Court is on the register
Vast Scenery Court is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Vast Scenery Court claims its regulation in the Financial Transaction and Reporting Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) with an MSB license: M20953427. But please be informed that FINTRAC is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities offering forex services. Besides, Vast Scenery Court also claims it has registration in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH). We do find a match result to Vast Scenery Court in CH. However, CH is the United Kingdom’s registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. But there are no matching results to Vast Scenery Court in FCA’s registry. The truth is that Vast Scenery Court is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
