V Element Partner claims to be operated by V Element Partner Limited with registration number 13733240 issued by the Companies House (CH). However, it is crucial to note that the CH is only a registrar in the UK and mere registration with it doesn’t mean being authorized to conduct business in this country. Brokers in this jurisdiction must obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before soliciting investors. There are no indications that the company is registered with the FCA. In essence, V Element Partner is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
