Why Uni Borsa is on the register

Uni Borsa doesn’t mention any details about its trading license, legal documents (terms & conditions, privacy policy, risk disclosure, etc.) and company information. The lack of such information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. Besides, Uni Borsa states it opened its first office in London and has expanded throughout the United States for more than 300 people. However, we found that this broker is not overseen by the UK regulator FCA, nor the US regulator NFA when checking on FCA and NFA. So Uni Borsa is carrying out its financial derivatives services unlawfully in these countries. Moreover, downloading its MT4 software, we noticed that this broker is owned by Neqtat Al Entelaq Limited, a company located in the UAE. However, we didn’t find any matching results from the registries of any UAE regulators, including DFSA, FSRA and CBUAE. All in all, Uni Borsa is not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

If you have money with this broker

  1. Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
  2. Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
  3. Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
  4. Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
