Twowaymarkets claims to be a trading name of TMS Capital Limited, a company authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with the company reference number 195581. We indeed find a match result to TMS Capital Limited in FCA. But as per the regulatory details shown on FCA, the only approved domain of the licensed TMS Capital Limited is “www.tms-capital.com” instead of the one used by Twowaymarkets. That means Twowaymarkets may be a clone firm that falsely uses the regulation info of a licensed firm. The truth is, Twowaymarkets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex.
