Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Sword Capital is on the register
Sword Capital claims to be regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Kuwait Capital Markets Authority (CMA). However, the CMA does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities. Besides, we didn’t find any regulatory information about this broker in the register of FCA. So Sword Capital is currently not regualted or overseen by any regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.
