Why Spectre.ai is on the register

Spectre.ai claims to be owned and operated by Spectre Trading Limited, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We did find matching result to this broker in the Financial Services Authority of St Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG FSA) registry. However, it should be noted that the SVG FSA has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex markets. In addition, it claims to have a sub-licence agreement with Nebula Two Ltd, a company supposedly authorized by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market (ARDFM). However, our search for these two entities on ARDFM’s website did not yield any results. That means what Spectre.ai claims on its regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors. The truth is, Spectre.ai is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors’ money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

If you have money with this broker

  1. Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
  2. Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
  3. Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
