Why SMINVEST is on the register
SM INVEST claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (the ‘FSC’).However,there is no matching information was found in the FSC.However, according to our inquiry, it was found that the regulatory number is inconsistent with the number displayed on the official website, and the website address is also inconsistent. The truth is that SM INVEST is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors’ money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
