While Premium Trade attempts to establish a credible presence with hyperbolic language, our investigation paints a different picture. Despite claiming to be globally licensed, the company fails to provide any specifics about its regulatory status. This lack of transparency raises a red flag, suggesting that it may not be licensed by any regulatory bodies. It’s important to scrutinize the company’s location claims, which include “HQ: Cayman Islands; Mahé, Seychelles BRANCH: Georgia Town, KY… San Francisco, CA’. This ambiguous address information is often associated with fraudulent trading platforms. The locations mentioned are the Cayman Islands, Seychelles, and the US. However, our checks with relevant financial regulators have not found any records indicating potential legal registration in these countries and regions. Furthermore, the domain name, premiumtrade231.com, was only created in July 2023. This recent establishment contradicts its claims of a longstanding reputation and achievements. In essence, Premium Trade is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Premium Trade appears to be a scam.
