Why Plus100 is on the register
Plus100 claims to be an international broker authorized and regulated by St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with license number: 13533931. However, we did not find any match results to the company name or the license number in SVG FSA. Besides, Plus100 shows its company address is in the United Kingdom. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But there are no matching results to Plus100 in FCA. That means Plus100 is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
