Why Phase Tech is on the register
Phase Tech is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Phase Tech claims to be owned and operated by Phase Tech Limited, a company overseen by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number: 40387. We indeed find a match result to the license number in VFSC, but the number belongs to a company named “Phase Markets Ltd” not “Phase Tech Limited”. What’s more, as this regulator provides neither authentication details nor domains of the registered company for traders to verify, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity is the one that runs the business under the trading name of Phase Markets Ltd. The truth is that Phase Tech is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
