Orcara Gold Exclusive may be involved in potentially fraudulent activities. The firm claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, but verification with the SVG Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) confirms its registration has been cancelled—and even if active, such registration does not constitute regulatory oversight, as the SVG FSA does not regulate forex. Additionally, its claim of being an NFA-registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) under 0561725 is false, as no such entity exists in the NFA’s database. While it states it is based in Thailand, the country currently lacks a regulatory framework for retail forex trading.
