NetX claims to be a licensed broker under regulation of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) with license number 916215. We searched the UK FCA and found a matching result. However, NetX is not authorized to provide forex services in the United Kingdom. That means NetX is not under valid regulation by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors’ money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
