Why MoonX is on the register
MoonX, at moonx.io, which forwards to moon-x.io, offers more than 300 cryptos, indices and forex with leverage of up to 1000 times, zero commission, a $1 minimum deposit and no identity checks to start. Leverage that high wipes out small accounts quickly, and skipping identity checks means no investor protection. It names no licence. France’s AMF warned about it on 27 February 2026. It even invites users to connect an AI to trade for them. Therefore, MoonX is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
