Why Montaris AG is on the register
Montaris AG (montaris-ag.com) presents itself as a Zurich wealth manager since 2010, offering fixed deposits at 3.7% with guaranteed rates and EU deposit protection. It says it is authorised and supervised by FINMA, the Swiss regulator, yet FINMA itself has put the site on its warning list. It lists a Zurich address and phone number. The domain was registered on 18 August 2026, and its images are hosted on a website-builder preview service. Therefore, Montaris AG is a scam.
