Why MGX Foundation is on the register
According to its website, it claims to be a reliable company, but does not display any valid regulatory information on the website. Its office address is located in Cyprus, and upon investigation, no matching information was found in Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). In essence, MGX Foundation is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. MGX Foundation appears to be a scam.
