Why MelbourneFX is on the register
MelbourneFX’s website provides no regulatory disclosures, only claims that it was registered in Cyprus. We searched the official register of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC) using all available details, but found no record of MelbourneFX or any associated company. Furthermore, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission(ASIC) has issued a warning against MelbourneFX, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization in Australia. This absence of basic corporate and regulatory information strongly suggests that MelbourneFX operates without authorization. Therefore, MelbourneFX appears to be a scam.
