Why Market View FX is on the register
Market View FX provides no verifiable regulatory information on its website, only stating it is a trading name of Equity Markets LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While we confirm the company is listed in the SVG FSA registry, this grants only International Business Company (IBC) status, not a valid financial license. The SVG FSA has explicitly stated it does not regulate or authorize forex trading, leaving such firms unregulated. Moreover, despite claiming a UK presence, neither Equity Markets LLC nor Market View FX appears in the FCA’s records, meaning the platform operates in the UK without authorization or oversight, raising serious concerns about potential misconduct.
