Why Mandakinyu is on the register
Mandakinyu claims to be a licensed broker under the regulation of the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). However, we did not find any regulatory information about this broker from the Seychelles FSA. That means Mandakinyu is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors’ money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
