IRA Crown claims to be a fully licensed and regulated broker while not mentioning which country or authority it has regulation. No details of its regulation info may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, since licensed brokers always display their certificates and licenses in a prominent place. It is a red flag here. Downloading its MT4 and MT5 trading platform, we found this broker is located in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to IRA Crown in FCA. That means IRA Crown is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
