The Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) issued a warning against INVDaily on Feb 24, 2023, saying that company is not qualified to carry out any type of financial intermediation activity in Portugal:

- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
