Why IM MARKETS is on the register
IM MARKETS claims to be registered with both the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and the National Futures Association (NFA). However, no matching information was found with the NFA. While the SVG FSA registration appears to be valid, the SVG FSA lacks regulatory authority for forex and does not constitute a valid forex license. Furthermore, IM MARKETS does not appear to be authorized by any reputable financial regulator, raising serious concerns about potential fraud. In fact, IM MARKETS is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, IM MARKETS is a scam.
