Why Hamilton is on the register
Hamilton’s website is currently inaccesible, claiming to be under maintenance. Our investigation suggests that the alleged registration with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and The Grenadines (SVG FSA) has been canceled, which the broker used to demonstrate its legitimacy and compliance. In essence, Hamilton is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Hamilton appears to be a scam.
