Greenup24 claims to operate under the legal licence of Greenup Ltd., which is registered in Saint Lucia and headquartered in Dubai. While we have confirmed the registration of Greenup Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is important to note that this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial licence. Furthermore, searches of the databases of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) revealed no licensed entities matching Greenup24 or Greenup Ltd. This suggests that the platform is operating in Dubai without the necessary regulatory authorisation. Therefore, Greenup24 may be engaged in fraudulent operations.
