Why Gold Fire is on the register
Gold Fire claims to be regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) and states that it holds a license. We were able to locate the entity Gold Fire Markets Limited within AOFA’s registry, however, there is no registered domain name associated with the licensed entity, making it difficult to verify the true connection between the regulatory record and the website/platform operating under the name Gold Fire. Furthermore, it’s important to note that the AOFA is widely regarded as a weak offshore regulatory authority with minimal oversight and enforcement capabilities. Its regulatory framework lacks international recognition and does not meet the standards of reputable financial jurisdictions. Given these concerns, we consider Gold Fire to pose a high level of risk to investors and appear to be a scam.
