Why GEX Finance is on the register
GEX Finance presents its office address in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to GEX Finance in FCA. That means GEX Finance is not an approved broker that offers financial services in the UK. Besides, GEX Finance claims it established the Turkish Desk to work together with Turkish investors. However, there are no matching results for this broker in the Turkey regulator Capital Markets Committee (CMB). The truth is that GEX Finance is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
