Genex Fx claims to be an authorized broker regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under regulatory number: M21193756. We searched the FINTRAC and found a matching result. However, please be informed that the FINTRAC does not regulate forex activities. Genex Fx also claims to be a UK-based firm, so we searched the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but found no matching result. That means Genex Fx is not authorized to provide financial services in the United Kingdom. Not regulated by any regulators, letting this broker hold or control customers’ money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
