Fx Binary Option claims that it is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under the company name of Fx Binary Option Limited and the Investment Dealer License number C403012200. However, BrokersViwe found out that no such company is present in Mauritius FSC’s online registry. Therefore. it is a scam broker. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws.
