Why Fake WEEX is on the register
This website is an imposter, unauthorizedly using a logo and trade name identical to the authentic WEEX Exchange. In fact, the latter has denied any affiliation with this bogus website. On its simply designed webpage, the fake WEEX does not provide any details about its company information (such as the full company name, office address), regulations, or legal documents (terms & conditions, risk disclosure, privacy policy, etc.). The absence of such important information is a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legitimate brokers always prominently display their accreditations and licenses. The truth is, weekdefi.com is not regulated by any valid regulatory bodies for forex trading. The funds of investors in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
- Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
