ExisTrade claims membership with the Financial Commission (FC) ; however, this organization is merely an independent external dispute resolution (EDR) body, not a government regulator , and does not provide official licensing or supervisory oversight. Furthermore, while ExisTrade lists a UK contact number, our checks confirm that ExisTrade Ltd is not registered with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) . With no valid regulation from any reputable authority, the platform operates without legal accountability, posing a high risk of fraud.
