Why Ever IA is on the register
Ever IA, at ever-ia.com, is an Italian-language AI trading site that claims to be regulated by Spain’s CNMV and Italy’s CONSOB. In fact the CNMV listed EVER IA as a clone on 16 April 2026. The site boasts 50,000 active clients and 2.5 billion euros in monthly volume, and its trading terminal is only a picture. The domain was registered in December 2025, so those figures are not credible. Therefore, Ever IA is a scam.
If you have money with this broker
- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
