Why Elio International is on the register

Elio International claims it is headquartered in Hong Kong with direct branches in the United States, Vanuatu, and Sydney, Australia, and has obtained financial services qualifications and is regulated by local financial institutions. According to the above information. We did searching in the several authorities, including: 1) The US National Futures Association(NFA); 2) The HongKong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC), 3) The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC); 4) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to Elio International in VFSC and ASIC. When we searched in NFA, we do find a match result to Elio International. But the result shows Elio International is not under valid regulation by NFA as it is not an NFA member. Besides, Elio International claims it has MSB registration in the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). However, FinCEN is only a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury that collects and analyzes information about financial transactions to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. That means FinCEN is not a financial regulator that approves licenses for forex brokers. Moreover, we found a warning against Elio International issued by the HK FSC. The truth is, Elio International is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors’ money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
