Why Cloud Peak is on the register
Cloud Peak claims to be a reliable broker while presenting no details of its regulation on the website. Lacking regulation info may be a distinctive characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always display their certificates and licenses in a prominent place. It is a red flag here. Besides, this broker shows its office address is in Hong Kong. However, we did not find any match results to Cloud Peak in the Hong Kong regulator Securities And Futures Commission(HK SFC). That means Cloud Peak is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
