Why CenterPoint Securities is on the register

CenterPoint Securities claims it is a division of Precision Securities LLC, a company that has memberships in the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and US Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). However, both these two authorities are not financial regulators that approve licenses for forex brokers. As per the United States law, all firms and individuals offering forex services in the US have to be authorized or registered by the US financial regulator – NFA. However, we did not find any match results to CenterPoint Securities in NFA. That means CenterPoint Securities is not regulated by any regulators. Investors’ money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

If you have money with this broker

  1. Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
  2. Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
  3. Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
  4. Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
