Why Carson Capital Management is on the register
Carson Capital Management, at carsoncap.com, calls itself a private partnership offering advisory, investment planning, capital management and portfolio structuring, and even advertises compliance and regulatory support. Yet it is not registered to advise or manage money, and its short website names no licence, people or address. The domain was registered in October 2025. The Ontario Securities Commission warned about it on 29 June 2026. Firms that offer advice must be registered in Ontario. Therefore, Carson Capital Management is a scam.

- Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
