Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why Bold Prime is on the register
Bold Prime’s website is extremely basic and lacks transparency, failing to display any clear regulatory information. It only vaguely references two entities registered in Saint Vincent and the Comoros. While we did confirm its company registration in the SVG FSA public records, this remains limited to IBC status without financial oversight. SVG FSA does not regulate forex trading activities. Meanwhile, our investigation into the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) revealed no evidence that Bold Prime is regulated or holds a valid license there. Therefore, we conclude that Bold Prime is not genuinely regulated by any reputable financial authority and may be operating without proper authorization, significantly raising the risk of fraudulent or deceptive practices.
If you have money with this broker
