Why AXECAP is on the register

AXECAP claims to be a trustable broker registered in and regulated by multiple regulators, including: 1) The National Futures Association (NFA) under an NFA ID: 0547318; 2) The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under license number 25241 BC 2021; 2) The Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC). However, we did not find any match results to the company name and the license number in SVG FSA and Belize FSC. When we searched in NFA, we found this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an NFA member. That means AXECAP is not overseen by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

If you have money with this broker

  1. Stop sending funds. Do not pay any further “fees”, “taxes” or “verification” charges to release a withdrawal — this is a common secondary scam.
  2. Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
  3. Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
  4. Get guidance. Tell us what happened and we will point you toward the right next step. We are a free public registry — we never charge any fees.
