Why AvivCapitals is on the register
According to its website, AvivCapital is registered with Financial commission (FinCom), but no matching information was found in the FinCom, and FinCom does not regulate the business of financial derivatives brokers. In essence, AvivCapital is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. AvivCapital appears to be a scam.
