ASCFM claims to be owned and operated by ALFA SUCCESS CORP, a liability company located in the British Virgin Islands and regulated and authorised by the US National Futures Association (NFA) with a registration number 0536886. We indeed found a matching result in NFA’s registry, however, ASCFM is not overseen by the regulator as it is not an approved member of the regulator. That means, this broker is merely a registered firm rather than a regulated one and is not allowed to provide related financial services to residents in the US. Besides, considering its location, we also checked the Financial Services Commission of British Virgin Islands (BVI FSC) and found no regulatory information about this broker. So ASCFM is actually not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.
