On May 4, 2023, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued a warning against ARIEL, citing that this broker is not supervised by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg:

- Preserve evidence. Save transaction IDs, wallet addresses, chat logs, and every screenshot before the account is closed.
- Report it. Notify your bank/exchange and your national financial regulator so the activity is on record.
