Arc Market’s website does not display any information regarding financial regulation; it only states that it is a company registered in the UK. This in itself is suspicious. Furthermore, we have conducted a search in the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory system and found no record of Arc Market or any related entity authorized to conduct financial activities under the FCA. Therefore, Arc Market is operating without any legitimate regulatory authorization and poses a significant risk. It is a potential scam.
