Reported as a scam / unregulated
Why ApaxMarket is on the register
ApaxMarket claims it is a trustable broker with 5 years of experience while presenting no details of its regulation on the website. Lacking regulation is a distinctive characteristic of an unlicensed broker, as legit brokers always display their credentials and licenses in a prominent place. Besides, when we checked its domain, we found it was created on 8 May 2021. So where are its 5 years of experience from? It is a red flag here. What’s more, this broker claims it is located in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to ApaxMarket in FCA. So ApaxMarket is not regulated by any regulators. Investors’ money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
